I did find the buckles and straps to be a bit confusing and the instructions are more of a picture of the final result rather than a step by step of how they intended you to strap it down. My boat is 22.5 feet long and has a T-Top tower. I would say this cover is actually a little over sized. Maybe my boat is smaller than most? I'm not complaining because it is very well made and it covers the boat completely. I don't know that I would pull the boat with the cover on it. I wasn't able to get the straps tight enough to prevent it from flapping in the breeze. The company did reach out to make sure I was happy and even sent me a couple of extra straps. So I will play with it and see what I can do. Its really good though.
