Essentially this is an oven liner with burner holes stamped in it that are specific to stove model. If you inadvertently choose the incorrect model and it doesn't fit right, and email them to ask about it, the first response nice enough and asks that you end a picture of the model number so they can confirm that the proper size was or was not ordered, and to call them if I had any questions and that they'd be happy to help me out.I email inquired where I could find the model number, as I had looked in several places on the stove around the oven door. They responded with a link to look at to find the model number for my stove. I was able to locate the model number and snapped a picture and sent to them, thanking them for the link. I also suggested that when requesting the model number, it may be a helpful timesaver if they would think about adding that link when initially requesting the model number.I received a very snarky reply stating that now that they had my "actual" model number instead of the incorrect model number, that they could replace it with the "actual" product that would "actually fit" my stove, and how to go about getting a replacement through Amazon, and to not contact them directly as all Amazon exchanges had to be handled through Amazon.I am aware that things need to go through Amazon. However, the level of snark in that last email was such that I don't want their replacement, as, quite frankly, it is nothing more than a $6 oven liner with the holes stamped in them that they turn around and sell for $60.THAT is not worth the price.
