The Solar-Ez Inc. Solar Saddle Pool Solar Cover Holder provides an easy solution to storing your above ground pool cover while the pool is in use. Tired of removing the solar cover from your above ground pool with no place for storage? The Solar Saddle Pool Cover Holder is a simple solution to this daily task. Simply connect the Saddle directly under your above ground pool's top rail. Now, you can just roll or fold your solar cover in to the cover holder on the outside wall of your pool. Its a breeze for one person to remove and replace the cover. A Solar Saddle Set Includes Five (5) flexible Saddles and safety designed mounting hardware.
Quickly and easily mounts under the top rails of your above ground pool
Eliminates the need to store your solar pool blanket in the grass or on your pool deck
Simply pull the cover off the pool and lay it in the Solar Saddle cradles accordion style when not in use
Simply grasp cover and pull it across the pool when your ready to place cover back on the pool
Covers can be placed back on from the inside or the outside of your pool
As others have said, kind of expensive for the materials, but this is still much cheaper than a roller and actually probably more durable and easier.I've put it in the "back" of the pool so I don't even see it from the house or deck.On installation:As another reviewer said, it wasn't possible to install it at the best spacing because there is less space under the pool rails the farther from where they attach to the pool. I installed one less holder, but it's ok as it is. The other reviewer trimmed some of them, which sounds a good idea.On usage:I'm tall (over 6'3) so it's easy for me to roll the cover on the holder or put it back into place. My wife would have a harder time doing it my herself. But you can always get some help, if you have a pool, right? It should be doable while in the pool as you're slightly higher than on the ground.
