Cover does not fit my mom's tank properly. Her tank is a 23.375"x59" pressure tank (AOSmith model LPT-86), so I figured this would fit well within the "allow for 3 extra inches" suggestions regarding covers such as these. But, it appears I'm suffering the same issues that I've noticed from other reviewers who got the item "for free" according to their review entries. (those are the only ones that have rated this thing anything above 1 star, BTW)The over-all quality of the materials seems fine, but it doesn't do me or my mom any good if it doesn't fit a tank that's well within the parameters. I am incredibly disappointed at the lack of response from their support, too. I can understand waiting 2-3 business days for a response, but it's been nearly a week, and no sign of a response from them.It's a damn shame, because any other cover my mom could find would cost hundreds of dollars because they'd have to be "custom-made", but I guess you get what you pay for on Amazon these days.
