Had this for a while now. It is pretty cool as far as options go. There is even a "Kids" button with 4 options, like press once for hot dogs, press twice for chicken nuggets, etc. It comes with a replacement for the panel that is in Spanish which I thought was really helpful for other families. I will say that the only flaw I have with it...is when you use the timer on it, like you put something in the oven and you wanted a timer for 40 minutes...when the time is up, it does just 1 beep and it isn't very loud, so easily missed. but overall a very good microwave. (I haven't tried the wire rack that goes inside yet. Videos online say this is safe as long as the metal doesn't touch the inside wall of the microwave. But this comes with built in mounted connecters that keep the metal rack safely away from the walls. And if you use it, don't put anything on it that would need rotating, as it is just a shelf. But you can cook two things at once with it). Another really cool function it has is that you can schedule two cooking times and powers. Like on some frozen meals it says to microwave for 4 minutes on high, then 2 minutes at 50% power. That is what it is for, so you don't have to go back and set it again.
