My Mini-600 Watt .5 cu ft microwave died after 20 years, so I was initially looking for a cheap $70 dollar-range microwave to replace it, but when I saw this I knew this was exactly what I needed, and it was definitely worth the extra money. First, I LOVE the way it looks, it's modern and clean looking and fits in my kitchen perfectly. The 2nd thing I love is the dial/knob to set the time, turn gently right and it starts at 30 seconds, and you can dial in any exact time within seconds, or just press the green button to add 30 second increments. The 3rd thing I LOVE is the ability to MUTE ALL BEEPS with a simple press of the mute button. This stays activated until you un-mute it, or you unplug it. The 4th thing I love is the quiet-door-close. I love how gently and quietly it closes, and it's actually a very pleasing noise. Makes it seem high-end. The 5th thing I love is how easy it is to change the POWER-LEVEL, from 100% and step-down in 10% increments. This is a new feature for me and I love being able to very gently microwave things with reduced wattage. The Microwave is very powerful and heats foods really well and evenly. I definitely recommend this microwave.
