We bought one that did not fit our stove (I used the closest model number to what we have). I was going to return it, but the seller told me that another model was a better fit for my stove. Since they do not accept returns, they offered to send me a replacement or refund me if I sent them pictures of the stoveguard cut up into pieces. I did so, and they sent me a replacement. The replacement does fit our stove much better than the one we had bought.I'm happy with the product so far (although we have not seriously spilled anything since we installed it). But I'm happier about their prompt customer service.
