This is my dream soup pot. I use it almost every day since got it. Ordered another 2 for back up or gifting. If you know how to handle glass or ceramic, this is very safe, although it looks fragile, it has no problem boiling soup for hours, consider the lab glasses, it actually can stand more tougher situation than cooking . It is the only pot I don,t worry splashing. The only wish is there are bigger version of this pot. I triedthe bigger but much more expensive Italian glass pot before, it cracked after first use. Maybe thin glass won't work for larger bottom heat surface. For luminarc French glass pot, it need more attention or need wrap a towel to prevent splashing. I enjoy bone soup every day now, because this pot.
