I live in rural West Tennessee and rural North Eastern Mississippi. I have yet to find a source of kosher meat near me though I am aware of places an hour or more from our locations. We have been vegetarians for about year now because of this. When we seen these we didn't hesitate to order. We ordered 3 10 packs of the the kosher for Pesach meals as well.I have yet to find a meal we haven't liked. My personal favorite is the Cholent. I'm partial to my wifes matza balls so I'm biased on that but unlike her soup this has chicken so it's a toss up. I'm just so excited to have a little meat now and then. I think for us these will be a once week meal, a travel meal,or a meal when we are short on time as I'm sure they are meant to be. We are currently in the process of moving all hour and a half away to Mississippi so these will be of great help.
