We got this used, but in good shape and have been using it for a couple of weeks. I was looking up the users manual and came across this to leave a review. I like that it's white, as it's easy to tell if it's been properly cleaned by the last user, as my daughter and her friends will sometimes not clean up after things bubble over or explode in there. The inside surfaces are pretty flat and so also easy to clean and not many areas to collect odd bits of stuff. The preset buttons did not seem intuitive initially, but after finding and reading the manual seem easy to use and fairly practical. I had hoped it would have a function for a quick one button minute or 30 second full power function, which does not seem to be present, although the manual says there is an "express" button to do just that, although they do not supply an image of where that button is on the unit. I have not found it to date. There is a flush paddle button to open the door that has some resistance, in fact more resistance than the weight of the oven, and will have you pushing the unit backwards until it hits something in order to open the door to the cooking chamber. So stickier feet or a redesign of the opening button may be in order. On ours there is a little red lighted area reading "clock" that is on all the time, and resetting the clock does nothing to this part of the display, nor does reset or any other function I have tried. The manual does not mention this light.Other than these little quibbles, it seems to work pretty well. It's well lighted inside, with a pretty large window to watch the food cook. It's pretty quiet too. It does four beeps and says END on the display when a cooking cycle is done, and will repeat the four beeps after a couple of minutes if you don't take the food out. I've made it repeat the beeps four times so far for one dish, so this function may repeat indefinitely until you take the food out, or at least open the door. The rotating glass platter seems to be identical to the one in the last microwave we had, so there is a spare one here for it.All in all it seems like a pretty good unit as long as you set it firmly against a wall, backsplash, or other solid bit at the back, since if set on just a flat open table I could easily envision someone pushing it right off the edge while attempting to open the door if not securely holding it in place with the other hand.
