Finally, I got what I paid for, a boat cover with the weight and durability to actually withstand the elements of New England. I purchased it about a year ago before giving a review. It’s completely waterproof, vented air ducts with screen mesh and zipper to let hot air escape, has not oxidized in direct sunlight and shows no sign of wearing down; no fading, cracking, or tearing. This product has improved tie downs compared to others with ample even spacing for adequate tie down for a better seal around top of boat. The cover fits the entire boat and motor(bought 15’ to 17’ for a 16’), now it’s completely sealed to keep updrafts from drawing moisture and dirt up into cockpit.I have bought too many cheap covers for a $100 and decided to pay for a thicker material and it is worth it! A slight drawback is that it is heavy and getting it covered takes a bit of strength, but it’s stiff and flexible, so it’s easy to maneuver into place. I got the tan one for my cream fiberglass boat and it blends into the wooded background, instead of these unnatural colors that look hideous in the yard.Stop buying cheap covers that don’t work, this cover does what it claims to do! I don’t mind paying more for the value and this cover delivers.
