Very good product. Perfect fit in my Forester. Finally got around to buying one and am thrilled. The mounting bar fits into the internal plastics as designed and has a pull out for the back, and a "gap filler" for between the rear seats and fixed bar. The filler doesn't have any groove to fit into, but lines up with the rear seats - reclined or not - perfectly. Cover is simple to pull out and slide into the rear groove near the back hatch. Coverage is optimal, no visibility through cover. My Forester has factory dark windows and I have had them tinted (legal limit) for privacy. The cover is black so even in direct sunlight it is difficult to see anything inside or even see the cover.This is exactly what I wanted and the price was right. Packaging was genuine Subaru.My vehicle: 2018 Forester XT.
