I absolutely LOVE this deep covered baker. So much so, that I threaten anyone who touches it that they better not break it. :) You can cook a full chicken in this in about 30 minutes and the chicken is browned. I love to cook pork loins. 20 minutes and its nice a juicy. The Deep Covered Baker is a life saver when it comes to being limited on time.
