I had a canvas boat cover that was all patched up and the canvas wasn't waterproof... so I bought a cheap cover for under $50. Not worth it.. It didn't tie down tight, it ended up ripping on a sharp edge and it was ruined in about 4 months. So I purchased this cover and its exactly what you want and I'm hoping it last years. This thing ties down with the buckle straps which makes it real easy to take on and off compared to my other boat covers. I put a couple of big coolers on the front and back decks of my bass boat to make sure I get nice run off in rain. This cover stretches over everything nicely, including my motor (my boat is 16 foot so may not have room to cover the motor on bigger boats). So far after a few months, its always dry, no rips, it tightens down so water runs off and doesn't pool.
