This cover was recommended on a group site I follow. I've now used this 2x while traveling with our e-bikes on our motorhome. E-bike thefts are on the rise in our area (everywhere I imagine) and they were a sizable investment for us so we take precautions when traveling. We cannot monitor the bikes 24/7 and sometimes venture away from the campground for periods of time.Both campgrounds we recently stayed at had warnings of bike theft. While our bike rack is well designed with locks, as well as added locks (our bikes would be extremely difficult to steal by even the best thieves), this cover adds an extra layer of protection by keeping the bikes out of sight. If thieves are looking to target bike theft at a campground, there are often hundreds of opportunities. They're typically going to pick the easiest targets. This cover adds an extra step. For all they know, it could be a motorcycle underneath.This cover is well crafted. It's made of heavy-duty, thick material. The zippers are strong. The attached straps keep it snug. It comes with a nice cargo net & carabiners too but I haven't used it because it seems unnecessary. It also keeps them out of the weather. It rained on one of the trips and kept them totally dry.
