This product is not sized accurately. Ordered the 16' and it was a foot too small to close on 1 side. They either sent the wrong size or the product is junk. Finally got around to install and of course we are outside the return window. Product itself is very plastic like a tent bottom. Not the nice padding that originally came with out trampoline. Trust this mom's opinion and keep looking.UPDATE. Although I stand by the above review of the product the company did follow through with making the situation right. I appreciated their quick communication.
