I returned this item because it had limitations. When I received this item it was tightly wrapped and fit into a box that was about 4" x 16" x 20" (approximately). The company accepted the return but shipping it back was not easy. There's no way that you can unwrap this product and get it back into its original box. Then, I had to fit it into a box that was on the large size. I make boxes for my business and I could tell you that even though the weight of the product was not much by the time I was done with making the cardboard box and shipping UPS, the shipping costs were about 25% of the cost of the item. I could see why shipping is on me. Beware that shipping is at your cost and you will not be able to repackage this item so that shipping via a reputable company like UPS (for tracking return) is not inexpensive.Be sure you want this item before unpacking it.
