The bags work great. I read in a couple other reviews that they wished that ties were included so I was a little concerned that I would have a problem closing the bag. To my surprise, there is a "sticky strip" on the bag that closes the bag while cooking. I actually like this feature better than the Ziploc Steamer Bag feature which can be very difficult to open to put your food inside. Yes, the bags are thin but I haven't found why that is an issue. So glad there is another supplier out there since they stopped making the Ziploc Steamer Bags.
