PREMIUM QUALITY MATERIAL This square fire pit cover is perfect for safeguarding your gas, wood fire pit, fire bowl, burner or ring Crafted from premium steel, it is designed for a lifetime of use.
I received the fire pit cover today. I have a fire pit built on a new Unilock patio and needed a cover for leaves from a maple tree that is beautiful but sheds in the fall. It is connected with natural gas and a fire pan, so it needs a cover. The 34" stainless cover unfolds and fit as advertised. It weighs about 40lbs , so it won't budge in a high wind. (But easily folds in half and stows leaning upright on the patio sitting wall.) The stainless steel is attractive and gives a finished look to the patio. I think it is made on a plasma CNC cutter and looks polished. Whether you let it age or polish it I think it will look sharp. Mine measured out exactly right so the weight keeps a seal so rain water doesn't roll under and drip on the fire burners and pan. You pay for real stainless steel so if you invest in a quality patio it is way better than a plastic cover. (In The Chicago area I still will winterize and find a plastic cover that drapes over for the snow months.
