I purchased this for my Bayliner Capri 1952CN which has a cuddy cabin at the front and a rail that stands about 20" at the bow. My boat is 19.5' long. This easily covers it front to back and I can even leave the sun shade on in the stowed position and the cover still comes down over to cover all the gaps at the sides. Plenty of straps are provided to secure it easily. I have not towed it with the cover but I have no reason to suspect it would not easily stay in place. My only disappointment is that it does not come with some poles to keep the cover from dipping in the middle when you have heavy rain (I'm talking Florida downpours!!). As such the material will then allow water to drip through if it pools in large amounts. If you can rig up something to keep it taught across the top or live where you don't get really heavy downpours then I am sure the cover would be perfect.
