Had this bag for about a year now. Took it on a few backpacking trips with no issue. Recently I've started rucking with it because I don't want to buy another backpack for that. The straps just do not stay put. I used dumbbells the first tike and packed it with a fluffy blanket to keep them put and after a half mile you start to notice the straps slipping. This was on level ground. The most recent ruck I did was on the Appalachian Trail (ravenrocks loop). It was almost instantly uncomfortable once you get your back and shoulders moving. I think its good enough for the price, but you get what you pay for.
