Not hungry when I get up at 5:30am but I'm ready to eat about 8:30am. However, now I'm at work. So, microwave oatmeal is a good at-the-desk-warm-breakfast. This is the perfect size. I ended up ordering a second one. (I have not used it for anything else.) I like the pop-up vent which lets me leave the lid on. The lid keeps me from spilling anything while walking from the break room back to my desk. The handle is always cool.
