First impression right out of the box was the quality. A lot more sturdy than anticipated. Directions are pretty straight forward. Follow the directions and it goes on quite easily. Just. make sure you have at least one person to help you. After installation, it really looks good. So far after a month of being in place it is staying in place and not working loose. So far we are very impressed. With that being said, winter is still not here yet. We get a lot of snow and high winds. Hopefully it will withstand the high winds.
