I bought a set of 2 so I would have 1 and my son could take 1 home. The blue 1 opened after MUCH effort but, weeks later still trying to open the green one. Even messaged the seller but, NO response.Softens caked on stuff making it so much easier to clean. Leaves no chemical smell cuz you use vinegar and water.I was getting ready to chalk it up as a loss because I couldn't get her head off.....both of them (came as a pair). My husband got the head off. I filled it and it worked like a charm. Followed instructions and it wiped perfecty clean within seconds with no effort whatsoever.,This 2 PC Angry Mama microwave cleaner works amazingly well. It is very easy to use: Remove her head, add water and vinegar, and then microwave for 7 minutes. She steams all the gunk loose and makes it extremely easy to wipe clean. I like that we don't have to use any harsh sprays. Everyone needs an Angry Mama to clean their Microwave!I had a gunky microwave and these came up in recommendations when searching for something else. After using per included instructions, I was able to wipe out the gunk within a couple minutes and have a sparkly-clean microwave!I didnt use a single drop of cleaner/cleaning spray, etc. I just simply filled it to the fill line with water (I would've tried out the vinegar/water mixture, like it directs you to do, but I was in a rush, and only had water at the time). That being said, the fact that these little gadgets were able to DEEP CLEAN my microwave and with absolutely NO scrubbing needed at all, is SUPER IMPRESSIVE! Literally just wiped all of food in which was stuck on my microwave before heating up angry mama for 7 minutes and letting it set for an additional 2 minutes afterward (which I recommend, so you dont risk burning yourself. It's not hit enough to burn you and hurt you, or at least didnt hurt or burn me, but again I left mine in there to sit for an additional 2 minutes, after heating the water up for 7 minutes.) These things are amazing and I'm so happy that I ordered the two pack because this is super handy for me to use at work and makes my job 100 times easier!! I'm an industrial building, office, etc. Cleaner. So, being able to pop these bad boys in the microwaves while I'm cleaning is so helpful in many ways. Mostly, because before these awesome gadgets that I'm so lucky and happy to have, I was spraying the heck out of the microwaves, and scrubbing them top to bottom until I felt like my arms were going to fall off from being so worn out after doing this 2 or however many microwaves I had to clean at a time. Now, not only is it effortless and save me a lot of hard work & frustration, and save me a lot of time, but I can ALSO get 2 microwaves done at once instead of having to do one at a time and no longer have to worry about taking a half an hour on each microwave or work half as hard ever again! So happy with my Angry Mamas! Such a cool and super cute gadget but mostly, IT'S GENIUS!!This Angry Lady is a very cute way to hold the vinegar and water steaming solution to clean the microwave. Probably safer to remove from the microwave than a hot bowl or cup too.They work great and they're very funnyWorks but it’s broken so the head doesn’t sit tight enough on the bodya bit larger than I expected but great qualityThey don’t work.Works well and great value for your money
