The ramp has a lot of sharp peaces of metal that cut up your hads and finger there hard to see company doesnt double check product before shipping drilled holes dont match up to other parts pins to swing arm missing or doesnt come with it video and photos show that for 500.00 or just under you get all sorts of products but it doesnt if your handicap yourself the left gate is very hard to use if you are a woman or weaker man i have to get help to open and use parts are very stiff company after a while stop answering or taking calls please be careful using this product fingers and hands can be hurt or lose easily
